Tools used for Social Media
I used Airtable to organize monthly social media content. I added the Google Drive link to each photo or video, the scheduled posting date, the caption, and the status—whether the post was approved by the client or needed changes. I also tracked if the post had already been published. Sometimes I used Google Sheets, but I found Airtable more reliable and easier to use for organizing content.
I used Metricool to schedule content across different social media platforms. It allowed me to choose the exact time each post would go live. I could also reply to comments when someone interacted with a photo or video. With Metricool, I was able to manage all social media accounts in one platform.
